




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Temporary employee * Manage the executive's schedule, organizing appointments and meetings. * Process bill payments and control expenses. * Assist in organizing events and travel, including bookings and logistics. * Maintain communication between different departments and with clients. * Prepare reports and presentations as needed. * Supervise and coordinate office administrative activities. * Serve as the point of contact for administrative and operational matters. * Assist in managing office supplies and materials. * Perform housekeeping duties, ensuring organization and cleanliness of the work environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * Experience in administrative routines and executive support. * Strong organizational and scheduling management skills. * Proficiency in office tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, preferably advanced Excel. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle confidential information. * Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills. * Experience in account and payment control. * Knowledge of housekeeping and environment management services. * Advantages: * Fluency in foreign languages. * Previous experience in similar roles within large companies. * Familiarity with management software. * Skills in event and travel planning. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
