Service Manager

Description

We are seeking a professional with leadership qualities, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset to serve as a Service Manager, responsible for coordinating base operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of operational and administrative activities at the unit. The candidate must demonstrate team management capability, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, thereby ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to established deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Manage base operations, ensuring organization, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations * Monitor the operational workflow for receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping of goods * Lead operational teams, promoting alignment, discipline, and results orientation * Ensure adherence to delivery and assembly timelines for operations * Maintain the physical infrastructure, equipment, and overall organization of the base * Control fleet and operational equipment usage * Guarantee compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal company processes * Conduct inventory tracking and audits Requirements * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education * Prior experience in leadership roles within operational teams (logistics, warehouse, shipping, or similar) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational control systems * Willingness to travel and/or relocate * Valid driver's licenses categories A and B * Availability to work in an operational environment with a dynamic routine Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields Experience in high-volume operational environments with critical deadlines Knowledge of occupational safety regulations applicable to operations (desirable) Experience in process improvement and organizing operational routines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the furniture and home appliance sector * Knowledge of logistics performance indicators * Experience in fleet and distribution management * Intermediate Excel proficiency Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License Requirements: B, A Willingness to Travel Willingness to Relocate
