This professional will directly execute and improve Financial BPO routines, while also contributing analyses and support to controller activities, ensuring greater reliability of financial information and supporting decision-making. We seek an organized, analytical professional with critical thinking and an owner mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement in financial processes and contributing to the evolution of clients' financial management. **Main Responsibilities** **Financial Process Management (BPO)** * Perform daily bank reconciliations * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable * Record financial transactions in the system * Issue invoices and bank slips (boletos) * Support the organization and auditing of financial routines **Financial Sanitization and Governance** * Ensure proper separation between personal and business accounts * Support the management and control of partners' pro-labore * Contribute to the organization and standardization of financial processes **Controller Support** * Assist in budget preparation (Budget) * Monitor comparisons between Planned vs. Actual * Identify variances and support results analysis **Data Intelligence and Systems** * Configure workflows and routines in financial management systems (ERP) * Support monitoring of financial indicators (KPIs) * Provide data and analyses to support clients' decision-making **Requirements** * Prior experience in Financial BPO, Controller functions, or financial routines within advisory accounting firms * Experience with ERP systems (Conta Azul preferred) * Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial analysis tools * Ability to analyze and identify financial issues * Strong communication skills for participation in results analysis meetings with clients **Preferred Qualifications** * Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics * Experience implementing or structuring financial processes * Experience with BI tools or data analysis **Compensation and Benefits** Salary: **R$ 2.500,00** Meal allowance: **R$ 15.00 per day** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
