**Responsibilities:** * Supervise geotechnical drilling activities in the field; * Assign tasks to the team, ensuring adherence to schedules and technical standards; * Monitor service execution in accordance with technical standards and project specifications; * Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE); * Monitor productivity, field records, and field reports; * Support the technical team in interpreting drilling results; * Uphold occupational safety and good environmental practices; * Report any deviations, risks, or maintenance needs to coordination. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in drilling (SPT, rotary, combined, or similar methods); * Experience leading field teams; * Availability for fieldwork and travel. **Desirable:** * Technical course in Construction, Mining, or related fields; * Brazilian driver’s license category B; * Knowledge of reading geotechnical projects and reports.
