Cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments and optimization of procurement processes **Procurement Analyst \| Services and Materials** **Location: Camaçari \- BA** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Procurement Analyst \| Services** **Key Activities:** * Receive service requisitions and analyze the scope (descriptive memorandum) of the service to be contracted; issue market solicitations accordingly * Receive and evaluate proposals and documentation submitted by suppliers to identify the most suitable bidder, in accordance with the scope and invitation letter * Prospect, assess, develop, and select suppliers (qualification/homologation) * Negotiate proposals to identify cost-saving opportunities and determine the winning supplier * Draft, review, and validate contracts jointly with Legal and the supplier * Manage contract signing processes and review supplier documentation * Interface with end users (Maintenance, Projects, Laboratory, Production, Safety, etc.), Tax Department, Accounts Payable, and Legal * Experience in service contracting workflows * Execute service contracts aligned with business needs * Conduct thorough analysis of contracting processes * Identify new business opportunities to achieve cost savings. **Procurement Analyst \| Materials** **Key Activities:** * Support inventory management activities * Assist in operational tasks related to material master data registration * Verify material-related routines and operations within the system * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, such as inventory value, stocktaking accuracy, stockouts, and order fulfillment rate * Develop dashboards and controls to enhance due diligence in material procurement processes * Track REFIS entries in the ERP system * Be proactive, organized, and dynamic * Analyze material procurement and replenishment processes * Develop KPI dashboards for monitoring and performance tracking **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** **Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or Engineering.** **Key Competencies:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and dashboard development * Knowledge of taxes and taxation regulations * Strong negotiation skills * Familiarity with materials management is desirable **Cetrel began operations in 1978 alongside the Camaçari Industrial Complex (PIC) in Bahia.** Today, it operates across multiple Brazilian states, delivering **environmental solutions** in **Environmental Emergency Response**, contamination source and contaminated site management, **environmental monitoring**, **circular economy**, and **water and effluent management**, consistently leveraging innovation and technology to advance environmental stewardship.
