Come \#BEGreenBlood with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Field management and document management of construction projects; * Provide technical guidance on procedures for preserving life and physical integrity of all company employees by adopting measures for accident and occupational disease mitigation/prevention; * Ensure guidance on all legal requirements applicable to company processes, generating evidence to demonstrate their implementation. Seek updates on current legislation specific to locations where projects are carried out; * Create, evaluate and review support tools for the proper functioning of the SSMA Management System through the implementation of all operational and management tools comprising it; * Support the implementation of Sustainability actions by knowing the main items of SSMA's LV'; * Techniques for Accident Analysis and Investigation; * Be responsible for legal documentation and the SSMA management system, as well as issuing RT; * Work on team development through evaluations and guiding feedback; * Conduct regional governance meetings; * Actively participate in labor expert assessments; * Manage inspections at regional sites; * Account for regional active and reactive indicators **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Production, Surveying or Electrical Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Active registration with CREA required; * Mandatory course on Interpretation of SSMA Standards (ISO 14001|ISO 45001); * Internal Auditor course in Standards (ISO 14001|ISO 45001) desirable; * Environmental specialization or postgraduate studies desirable. **Additional information** **What will you get?** * Market-competitive salary; * Flexible food benefit - VR (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Annual variable compensation program; * Transportation voucher; * Gympass; * Benefits according to labor union agreement. * And much more!
