**Description:** The objective of our Maintenance department within the institution is to provide all members and visitors with access to safe, comfortable, and functional temples and buildings. Responsibilities **System Installation:** Install refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including residential, commercial, and industrial units, in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards. **Preventive Maintenance:** Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment to ensure efficient operation and prevent failures. **Equipment Repair:** Diagnose issues and perform repairs on compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, and other components of refrigeration systems. **Refrigerant Gas Charging:** Recharge refrigerant gas, ensuring the system operates in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. **Electrical Diagram Interpretation:** Interpret and follow electrical diagrams and technical manuals for equipment installation and maintenance. **Activity Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of all performed activities, including service reports, hours worked, and parts used. **Customer Support:** Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding proper use and maintenance of refrigeration systems. **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** **Technical Education:** Completed technical course in Refrigeration, Mechanics, or related fields. Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems. Proficiency in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including electrical, electronic, and hydraulic circuits. Ability to work with manual and power tools. Specific certifications for handling refrigerant gases and operating refrigeration systems (preferred). Driver’s license category B (or higher) for travel to job sites. Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer service orientation. Efficient problem-solving ability. Proactivity and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience with Chiller Systems.
