**Description:** The objective of our Maintenance department within the institution is to provide all our members and visitors with access to safe, comfortable, and functional Temples and buildings. Responsibilities Install refrigeration systems, including air conditioning, cold rooms, freezers, and similar equipment; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment; Identify faults and defects in systems using diagnostic and measuring tools, and apply appropriate technical solutions; Charge and recharge refrigerant gas into systems, complying with safety standards and environmental regulations; Inspect and test systems to ensure proper performance and compliance with operational standards; Replace or repair damaged parts such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, and thermostats; Interpret technical diagrams and manufacturer manuals for equipment installation and repair; Ensure all services are performed according to technical and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in refrigeration or air conditioning; Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and operation of refrigeration systems; Ability to handle specific tools for equipment maintenance; Certification or technical course in refrigeration (desirable); Knowledge of environmental regulations regarding the use of refrigerant gases (e.g.: R22, R134a, R410A); Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
