We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for ensuring the safety of employees and guaranteeing compliance with occupational safety and health regulatory standards. Their duties include conducting safety inspections, promoting training sessions and awareness campaigns, investigating and analyzing workplace accidents, as well as proposing and monitoring corrective and preventive measures. They will also be responsible for preparing reports and technical documentation in accordance with legal requirements. We are a reference in sugarcane-based biofuel production in the North and Northeast regions of the country. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct regular inspections of operations and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards, identifying potential risks and proposing corrective measures; * Develop and deliver occupational safety training to employees; * Prepare/monitor basic safety documents, including PGR, Environmental Reports (LTCAT), Hazardousness Reports, PCMSO, PPR, PCA, Ergonomic Reports, PPP, CAT, CIPA, and SESMT; * Investigate accidents and carry out necessary actions; * Collaborate with management in implementing safety programs, proposing continuous and innovative improvements; * Assess ergonomic, chemical, biological, and physical risks in the workplace, proposing appropriate preventive and corrective measures; * Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure integration of safety practices across all areas of the company; * Possess in-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulatory standards; * Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) and behavioral audits; * Inspect departments regarding safety; * Provide assistance, investigate, and analyze accidents; * Control documentation; **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical course in Occupational Safety; * Availability to work on farms; * Computer literacy; * Solid knowledge of Occupational Safety Standards; * Proficiency in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Dynamism, proactivity, and systemic vision. **Additional information** * Meals and gym access at the company; * Life insurance; * On-site accommodation; * Partnerships with optical stores and medical clinics; * Internal and external training programs; * Telemedicine (online medical consultations); * We provide transportation to the cities of Balsas, Fortaleza dos Nogueiras, and São Raimundo das Mangabeiras/MA.
