Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) for safety **Job Description:** A professional responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, promoting safe working conditions for employees and ensuring adherence to current legislation. Will directly perform area release activities, environmental measurements, and monitoring of processes related to fire prevention and suppression.**Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **area release** for work execution, verifying safety conditions and compliance with operational procedures; * Conduct **measurements of heat, noise, and other environmental agents**, in accordance with applicable regulatory standards; * Prepare and issue **safety inspection reports**, documenting non-conformities and proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Monitor and participate in the **Fire Brigade**, ensuring firefighter training and implementation of the Emergency Plan; * Coordinate the **inspection and periodic review of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and other fire suppression systems**; * Conduct safety training sessions and awareness campaigns \- DD's \- safety and health dialogues; * Ensure compliance with the **Regulatory Standards (NRs)** issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, especially: * **NR\-06** – Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * **NR\-09** – Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA / replaced by PGR); * **NR\-10** – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services (where applicable); * **NR\-23** – Fire Protection; * **NR\-33** – Safety and Health in Confined Space Work; * **NR\-35** – Working at Heights. **Requirements:** * Completed qualification as an **Occupational Safety Technician**, with active registration at the **MTE**; * Prior field experience and experience in area release; * Knowledge of environmental measurements (temperature, noise, heat); * Proficiency in occupational safety regulatory standards; * Ability to prepare technical reports and conduct training sessions. **Desirable:** * Training in **Fire Brigade Operations** and/or **Confined Space Supervisor**; * Experience in industrial facilities or large-scale construction projects.
