Description: * Completed Technical Education in: Electromechanical Technologist, Electromechanical Technician, Mechanical Technician. * Experience with SACMI hydraulic presses models: 980, 1400, 2800 and 3590 \- (Required) * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ceramic press maintenance is desirable. * Excellent communication skills Perform corrective mechanical maintenance on machines and equipment (replacement of bushings, chains, belts, bearings, motors, machine adjustments, etc.) as needed; * Perform scheduled mechanical maintenance on machines and equipment (replacement of chains, belts, bearings, motors, machine adjustments) according to maintenance schedule; * Implement improvements on machines and equipment as needed and based on problem identification; * Fill out maintenance reports according to work performed; * Assist in the control of manufacturing and inventory of parts as needed; * Prepare mechanical part sketches for manufacturing as required; * Carry out scheduled and corrective mechanical maintenance services in all departments upon request from mechanics, supervisors and coordinators; * Report machine defects to supervision; * Perform activities according to the Matrix of Environmental Aspects and Impacts and Waste Mapping 2510170202241814482
