Participate in continuous improvement programs The textile company is seeking a Mechanic in Camaçari. The Cata Group is a company dedicated to waste management and sustainable solutions. With a focus on environmental preservation, it provides collection and recycling services for various industries. **Responsibilities:** Perform maintenance on industrial machines and equipment (pumps, gear reducers, compressors, presses, conveyors, motors, etc.). Diagnose failures and propose technical solutions for repairs and adjustments. Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Carry out adjustments, replacements, and calibrations of mechanical parts and assemblies. Monitor equipment performance and complete technical reports. Participate in continuous improvement programs, TPM, 5S, and other internal projects. Previous experience as a Mechanical Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, or Machine Mechanic may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position.
