After all, it is 100% Brazilian and made by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and schedule maintenance services to be performed by professionals in the field: electricians, mechanics, welders, masons, plumbers, painters, sheet metal workers, and others. * Analyze, study, and investigate the actual needs and potential consequences caused by equipment or machine failures. * Report incidents and issue maintenance work orders. * Distribute work orders to workers, technicians, or respective supervisors. After maintenance is completed, record the downtime of the equipment or machine, labor hours, materials used, parts purchased, etc. * Regularly communicate with management to verify whether maintenance services have been or are being properly executed and fully meet the company's needs.
