




**Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical course in HR, Administration, or Occupational Safety is desirable). Basic knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR-1, NR-7, and NR-9. Familiarity with SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) routines and occupational documentation. Organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, HR/SSMA systems). **Main responsibilities:** Schedule, track, and monitor occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, termination, job function change, and return-to-work exams). Assist in managing and updating the PGR – Risk Management Program. Monitor compliance with NR-1, ensuring proper organization of documents and records required by the standard. Maintain up-to-date control of the PCMSO – Occupational Health Surveillance Program. Issue, verify, and organize ASOs – Occupational Health Certificates. Manage expiration tracking of invoices from suppliers related to occupational health and safety. Assist in collecting and organizing documents for the preparation and updating of the LTCAT – Technical Report on Environmental Working Conditions. Monitor and organize technical reports on hazardous and unhealthy working conditions, ensuring their validity and alignment with current job functions. Keep files, spreadsheets, and internal systems updated at all times, ensuring information traceability. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
