Supervise a team of facilities professionals, including maintenance technicians, cleaning staff, property security, and other collaborators, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Manage facilities projects such as renovations, facility improvements, layout changes, and implementation of new technologies, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Evaluate, select, and manage facilities service providers, ensuring contracted services are delivered to established quality standards and within budget. Ensure all facilities comply with occupational safety standards, environmental regulations, and other relevant legislation by implementing appropriate practices and procedures. Monitor and analyze the performance of facilities operations, identifying areas for improvement, developing action plans, and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
