Job Summary: Contract management in Urban Land Regularization and Social Work Project, coordinating teams and ensuring operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Contract management in Urban and Social Land Regularization. 2. Team coordination and contract management with clients and suppliers. 3. Application of knowledge in quality management systems for improvements. Contract Management within the Scope of Urban Land Regularization \- REURB and Social Work Project, including: Budgeting, execution, and monitoring of Technical Social, Socio-environmental, or Socio-educational Work Projects linked to Sanitary Sewage Systems, Water Supply Systems, Slope Stabilization, Dams, Infrastructure Works, Urbanization, and Road Projects; Social Mobilization and Environmental Education; Sealing of real estate units and physical and socioeconomic registration of units for REURB purposes; Socioeconomic Diagnostics and Surveys of Families; Technical Environmental Studies and Risk Area Assessments; Social Work, Social Communication, and Social Mobilization for Urban Land Regularization of social interest, targeting low-income communities; Social Interest Housing Programs and Family Resettlement; Preparation of technical reports on property valuation and expropriation; Social Technical Projects in works under the “My House, My Life” Program (PMCMV); Team coordination, contract management, client and service provider relationship management, as well as ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company policies. Coordination of work teams, promoting employee development and high performance; Contract management and monitoring of service delivery; Interface with clients and suppliers; Application of knowledge in quality management systems to support continuous improvement; Problem resolution and implementation of effective solutions; Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and established targets. ##### **Certification Knowledge** Proven experience in budgeting and contract management for Urban Land Regularization \- REURB and execution of Social Work Projects linked to Sanitary Sewage Systems, Water Supply Systems, Slope Stabilization, Dams, Infrastructure Works, Urbanization, and Road Projects; Completed Bachelor’s Degree Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel; Leadership skills, proactivity, assertive communication, and problem-solving ability. ##### **Benefits** Group life insurance ##### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday \- 42 hours per week ##### **Additional Information** Willingness to travel ##### **Location** Salvador, Bahia ##### **Salary** R$ 10\.312
