Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for providing administrative support to procurement activities, obtaining price quotations, negotiating and executing purchases, in accordance with established rules and procedures. If you enjoy working with people, seek a stimulating work environment, continuous learning, and challenging projects, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Comply with rules and procedures aimed at regulating the flow of processes, routines, and procedures related to the Procurement Department; Provide administrative support for activities related to the processes, routines, and procedures adopted by the Procurement Department; Obtain product price quotations, receiving purchase requests via an information system and sending them to suppliers via system or email; Generate comparative price charts for procurement, importing data from the system or entering supplier-provided pricing information into the information system; Negotiate prices and delivery timelines, critically evaluating quotation maps from the information system or electronic spreadsheets; Execute purchases in compliance with rules, procedures, and authorization limits, preparing purchase orders in the information system, among other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics Technology, or related fields; Experience with the Bioanexo platform is desirable. **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Market-competitive salary.
