Ensure customer service quality by tracking customer service indicators; * Develop the unit's annual planning and monitor budget compliance through financial statements and management reports; * Coordinate appropriate product and service pricing in the market, ensuring product competitiveness at point of sale through implementation of commercial policies; * Manage the sales team, driving market potential across all business segments; * Coordinate and involve the team in GPD development. Define goal breakdowns for teams and formulate strategies to achieve annual results through management by guidelines; * Perform People Management functions: plan and build high-performance teams, onboard, train, evaluate, and guide direct team performance while influencing indirect teams. Retain and develop employees; manage work environment and cultural alignment, and prepare successors through Moura Personnel Management (GPM) practices, policies, guidelines, and standards.
