If you enjoy working with people, seek a stimulating work environment, continuous learning, and challenging projects, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Multiprofessional Residency Program, ensuring proper organization of bureaucratic processes, systematic information flow, and document management—all to guarantee legality, transparency, and effectiveness of actions carried out within the Residency Program. * Draft and organize agendas, summonses, minutes, and reports of COREMU meetings; * Maintain the Residency Program’s institutional calendar up to date; * Monitor deadlines for reports, financial accountability submissions, and procedures with regulatory agencies (CNRMS, Ministry of Education [MEC], Ministry of Health [MS], SINAR); * Track deadlines for reviewing residency statutes, manuals, and internal regulations; * Serve as the liaison point between residents, preceptors, and program coordination; * Receive and respond to administrative requests addressed to COREMU; Support official communication between COREMU and external institutions (universities, partner hospitals, regulatory agencies), among other duties. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in administrative fields, secretarial studies, or related areas; **Desirable:** * Knowledge of current legislation and regulations governing Multiprofessional Residency, including Ordinances issued by MEC/MS and Resolutions by CNRMS; * Prior experience: Previous experience in coordinating a Multiprofessional Residency program. **Additional Information** **Benefits offered:** * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; Competitive market-based salary. * We are a dynamic company that believes in talent and the continuous development of the professionals who make our daily operations possible—guided by ethics and commitment.
