We are looking for a **Sales Force Support Analyst** to strengthen the commercial operations of our B2B Sales Network, composed of independent contractors (PJ) across all regions of Brazil ? **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Provide support to the PJ Sales Network, ensuring organization, alignment, and standardization of sales processes nationwide; * Monitor engagement and development initiatives for the network, such as incentive programs, professional training, and performance recognition; * Prepare and update sales support materials (presentations, manuals, sales kits, spreadsheets, and CRM); * Track network performance indicators, consolidate information, and identify improvement opportunities; * Facilitate communication between consultants and internal departments, ensuring speed and clarity in handling commercial requests; * Help create a more efficient, structured, and scalable sales experience. ? **What we're looking for** * Experience in sales support, sales operations, or servicing sales teams, preferably in B2B environments; * Experience working with independent/PJ sales networks is a strong advantage; * Organized, good communicator, detail-oriented, and skilled in interpersonal interactions; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and CRM tools; * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (in progress or completed) **Benefits** * SulAmérica Health Insurance (with co-payment) * SulAmérica Dental Plan * Meal/Food Allowance (Flexible card) * Life Insurance * Annual bonus linked to performance * Access to courses via Gupy EduCorp * Education incentives (Postgraduate and MBA)
