




We are seeking a Customer Success Analyst – B2B Sales Network to support and develop the operations of our B2B Sales Network, composed of independent Technical Consultants (PJ) distributed across all regions of Brazil. This role ensures smooth communication and alignment between the Sales Network and internal departments, without direct involvement in end-customer service, thereby strengthening the workflows that sustain daily commercial operations and consultant development throughout their entire journey with us. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Support the PJ Sales Network, ensuring organization, alignment, and standardization of commercial processes nationwide; * Monitor engagement and development initiatives for the Network, such as incentive programs, professional training, and performance recognition; * Support the continuous development of Consultants by serving as a point of contact for clarifying processes and directing requests; * Prepare and update commercial support materials (presentations, manuals, sales kits, spreadsheets, and CRM); * Track Network performance indicators, consolidate information, and identify opportunities for improvement; * Facilitate communication between Consultants and internal departments, ensuring agility and guaranteeing that requests progress without bottlenecks; * Help create a more efficient, structured, and scalable sales experience. **What we’re looking for** * Experience in Customer Success, sales force support, commercial support, sales operations, or support for commercial teams, preferably in B2B contexts; * Experience working with independent/PJ Sales Networks and B2B environments—this will be a significant advantage; * Ability to work cross-functionally, connecting people, departments, and information; * Strong organizational skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal aptitude; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and CRM tools; * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (in progress or completed)
