Does this describe you? **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead the technical development of HVAC system projects, including document preparation, management, and distribution. Participate in multidisciplinary technical reviews, evaluating construction schematics and proposals, identifying required adjustments. Provide technical support to civil construction teams, contributing to operational challenge resolution and ensuring compliance with execution standards. Contribute to thermal and operational demand analyses, proposing solutions focused on energy efficiency and system optimization. Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance routines for HVAC equipment, ensuring system reliability and performance. Collaborate with other departments on technical and operational initiatives to optimize installation processes for air conditioning and ventilation systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related fields; Project management certifications; Experience in HVAC system installation projects; Advanced English proficiency required for reading, writing, comprehension, and conversation; Strong communication skills required, as daily reporting to China is mandatory, including explanations of technical points from Brazilian teams; Willingness to work onsite in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
