




Main Responsibilities: Drafting communications using creation and editing tools. Full focus on handling internal communication tools. Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communication-related fields. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools is desirable. Proficiency in Writing and Language. Ability to adapt the company’s tone of voice for different internal audiences (operational, administrative, executive). Mastery of standard Portuguese language norms. Skill in transforming dry notices into engaging narratives. Operation of Email Marketing tools (e.g., RD Station, Mailchimp), Intranets, Corporate Social Networks (Yammer/Viva Engage, Workplace), and WhatsApp Business. Content management for Bulletin Boards and Corporate TV (Digital Signage). Event Planning and Support. Assistance in organizing internal events, commemorative campaigns (Mother’s Day, Yellow September, etc.), and new employee onboarding. Management of publication calendars (communication schedule). Digital Tools and Basic Design. Excel for attendance lists and simple reports; PowerPoint for institutional presentations. Familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) for minor adjustments to visuals and layouts. Basic video editing skills for short internal communication videos. Basic understanding of email open rates, link click-through rates, and post engagement metrics to measure message reach.
