We look forward to discussing your skills, experience, and vision for the **Graphic Designer** role. **Responsibilities and Duties**: * Design visual assets for social media, campaigns, websites, and email marketing—ensuring excellence in every detail; * Develop brand-aligned materials, maintaining visual consistency and identity; * Produce content that reinforces student experience and connection, placing the customer at the center of communication; * Support customer acquisition and retention strategies through clear and persuasive visual communication; * Ensure organization, prioritization, and timely delivery via intelligent project management; * Work with image, video, and animation editing (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut); * Create mockups and presentation materials focused on impact and clarity; * Develop responsive assets for various digital formats and channels; * Contribute creative ideas while demonstrating resolute ownership and evolving curiosity daily. **Qualifications**: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; * Experience in digital marketing and creating social media assets; * Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut); * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and diverse requests; * Organizational skills, discipline, and focus on deadlines and quality; * Mindset of continuous learning and constant evolution; * Alignment with a culture of excellence, responsibility, and care for people.
