Support in planning and analysis of performance indicators **STORE SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** Coordinate and guide the store team in performing daily activities. Monitor employee performance, provide continuous feedback, and maintain a strong focus on results. Ensure service quality and standardization, prioritizing excellence in customer experience. Organize work schedules, task assignments, and support conflict resolution. Supervise and guide the team in operational routines: organization, cleaning, product expiry dates, restocking, and product display. Assist management in developing the team’s Training Plan and conducting training sessions. Support planning and monitoring of store performance indicators: revenue, average transaction value, number of customers, gross margin (COGS), inventory turnover, and losses. Propose strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve targets. Assist in report analysis, indicator tracking, and decision-making. Operate the cash register when necessary. **Requirements:** Completed bachelor’s degree (in Administration, Nutrition, or related fields). Experience in results-oriented management. Proficiency with management tools: Excel, PowerPoint, presentations, and spreadsheets. Aptitude for systems and technology. ERP system experience is desirable. Customer service experience is desirable. Intermediate Excel knowledge is desirable. Proficiency in presenting results (PowerPoint, Canva) is desirable. Knowledge of Digital Marketing and CRM is desirable. Intermediate AI knowledge is desirable. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week – rotating 6x1 schedule (shopping mall hours) **Benefits:** Salary: R$ 2\.200,00\. Monthly performance bonus: up to R$ 600,00\. Transportation allowance.
