You will operate and maintain equipment to meet our goals for safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement. You will execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (Progressive Maintenance) standards. In this role, you will ensure that safety procedures are followed and quality assurance activities are carried out. You will bring experience and knowledge in: * Machine operations, TPM—Total Productive Maintenance Tools * Safety and quality standards for machine operation * Reading, writing, and fluency in the site’s communication language, as appropriate * Collaborating effectively in a diverse workplace * Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance tools and methodologies is a distinct advantage **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct FQ, sensory, and microbiological analyses in laboratories * Act as a Quality Training multiplier * Participate in proficiency testing when applicable * Manage processes under your responsibility * Perform release/block/hold of RM, PM, FP, and semi-finished products * Open and manage supplier NCs (Non-Conformities) * Apply, maintain, and act as internal auditor for GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) * Apply tools and processes of integrated systems in daily routines * Support Lab Quality Suite * Develop and review ITs and EQCMS procedures * Import product test report submission process (COMEX) * Monitor supplier technical visits * Develop, improve, and submit monthly Laboratory indicators related to process control * Sample collection and preparation * Validation of analytical methods for new analyses (coordination with supplier and Analytical R&D) * Support the defect measurement process management * Assist in all activities required to ensure all internal and external procedures related to product quality and safety * QM Pillar * Develop, improve, and submit monthly Laboratory indicators * Approve registrations and input quality information for new materials in Team Site Master Data * Develop ITs and EQCMS procedures (repeated) * Semi-annual update of RM/PM analysis plan * Monitor import processes * Implement and manage the Sensory Analysis program * Manage the plant’s MSA program * Collect samples of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products when applicable #CoreVSACWB **Relocation Assistance Available?** ------------------------------------ Business Unit Summary ### **Mondelēz Brasil is the fourth-largest Mondelēz International operation worldwide, with approximately 7,500 employees who proudly manufacture, sell, and distribute some of Brazil’s most beloved brands of chewing gum, candy, powdered beverages, cream cheese, chocolate, cookies, and desserts.
