




Qualifications Completed High School with Professional Training Courses in Mechanics or Mechatronics OR Secondary-Level Technical Diploma in Mechanics or Mechatronics. Experience Industrial experience in the Metalworking and Mechanical Engineering field, including CNC machining (2- and 3-axis), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW/MIG-MAG), tungsten inert gas welding (GTAW/TIG), mechanical maintenance, and conventional machining. Knowledge Mechanical technical drawing, SolidWorks, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical components, technical calculations, welding. Responsibilities Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Deliver instruction in SENAI-RS’s open-enrollment Professional Education courses, in accordance with course syllabi and applicable legislation, within SENAI-RS’s areas/segments of operation. Perform teaching duties, including: pedagogical activity planning; preparation of lesson plans and instructional materials/resources; participation in technical/administrative/pedagogical meetings; guidance and supervision of students’ internships at companies, among others. Maintain records and monitoring of students’ academic progress and performance, in compliance with current regulations and legislation. Prepare individual and group reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the position. Specify consumables, machines, tools, equipment, and pedagogical environments. Guide, plan, and implement—through educational practice—activities related to installation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, in accordance with internal procedures and legal standards. Provide operational technical services to meet organizational demands. Participate—as a team member—in the formulation, development, implementation, and evaluation of plans and projects within one’s area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Participate in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of planning and budgeting processes, as well as analysis of variables, scenarios, trends, and outcomes.
