Identifying trends, opportunities, and inconsistencies in data We are looking for an **MIS Analyst I** to join our team! We seek someone analytical, curious, and eager to grow in the data field, contributing to the creation of reports, analyses, and metrics that support the company’s strategic decisions. **Responsibilities** * Collect, organize, and process data from various sources to generate insights. * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in **Excel** and **Power BI**. * Execute queries and data extractions from **databases** (SQL). * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and support internal departments with analyses. * Identify trends, opportunities, and inconsistencies in data. * Propose improvements to information processes and report automation. * Ensure quality, integrity, and accuracy of presented data. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in fields such as Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related disciplines; * Must be over 18 years of age; * Must reside in Salvador or Lauro de Freitas; * **Intermediate/Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, various formulas). * **Power BI** (basic modeling, dashboard creation, and DAX measures). * Knowledge of **databases and SQL language** for basic queries. * **Quick reasoning** and strong logical-mathematical skills. * **Strong learning ability** and proactivity. * **Good communication**, both written and verbal. * **Punctuality** and commitment to deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in data analysis or MIS. * Familiarity with ETL or process automation tools. * Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
