




**Job Mission:** Carry out operational scheduling of telemetry and video-telemetry maintenance services, ensuring proper alignment between customers and partner technicians, while guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, optimization of the schedule, and smooth operations in accordance with company standards. **Key Responsibilities:** Schedule and reschedule telemetry and video-telemetry maintenance services with customers and partner technicians. Maintain active communication with customers to confirm dates, times, and necessary conditions for service execution. Coordinate with partner technicians regarding availability, service type, and service location, ensuring clarity of information. Record and update schedules in internal systems, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. Monitor the daily schedule, flagging conflicts, unavailability, or risks of delays. Support SLA tracking related to scheduling and maintenance execution timelines. Perform follow-up on scheduled appointments, confirming service execution as planned. Ensure accurate transmission of operational information to monitoring and supervisory teams. Contribute to standardizing scheduling processes to improve efficiency and reduce rework. **Requirements:** Experience in operational or administrative routines, preferably involving scheduling or customer service. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. Clear and concise communication for interacting with customers and partner technicians. Basic knowledge of management tools (spreadsheets, internal systems, scheduling platforms).
