Description: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in freight forwarding companies, logistics operations, or distribution centers. * Proven experience managing operational teams. * Knowledge of transportation, dispatching, and route planning processes. * Intermediate Excel skills and ability to prepare operational reports. * Preferred: Valid driver's license / active network of partner vehicles. We seek a Logistics Supervisor to directly manage transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and alignment among drivers, customers, and internal departments. This professional will be responsible for leading the operational team, strengthening relationships with independent drivers and partners, and ensuring execution of collection, transfer, distribution, and dispatch processes. Responsibilities: * Manage and develop the operational team (administrative staff, inspectors, and drivers). * Prospect, register, and retain independent and affiliated drivers. * Monitor driver performance, behavior, and KPIs. * Manage relationships with affiliated drivers and local transportation partners. * Support documentation, qualification, and regularization processes for drivers and vehicles. * Ensure operational alignment among transportation, customers, and other internal departments. * Monitor and ensure execution of collection, distribution, transfer, route planning, and dispatch processes. * Prospect vehicles for heavy-duty operations; having an active client/partner network is a significant advantage. 2511280202191753591
