Job Summary: Responsible for risk prevention, analysis, and mitigation in transportation operations, ensuring fleet, cargo, and driver integrity while reducing incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time trip monitoring and tracking **Job Objective** Prevent, analyze, and mitigate operational and asset risks associated with transportation operations, ensuring compliance with risk management procedures, safeguarding fleet, cargo, and drivers, and contributing to incident and loss reduction. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Logistics, Risk Management**, or related fields * **Intermediate-level Excel proficiency** * Experience with risk management systems, especially **SASCAR and BUONNY** * **Experience working with contracted drivers** * Full availability for shift work **(flexible schedule and hours, according to operational needs)** **Responsibilities / Activities:** * Conduct risk analysis of trips, cargo, routes, and drivers * Perform registration, consultation, and monitoring of drivers, vehicles, and contractors in SASCAR and BUONNY systems * Monitor trips in real time, identifying route deviations, unscheduled stops, and risky behaviors * Proactively and reactively address incidents, claims, and operational alerts * Implement and ensure adherence to risk management policies and procedures * Support trip release based on established safety criteria * Maintain communication with drivers, transport companies, internal departments, and service providers * Prepare incident reports, risk indicators, and operational control reports * Contribute to continuous improvement of safety and loss prevention processes Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Qualifications: * Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree * Logistics, Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: A, B * Life insurance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Total Pass * Pharmacy discount program * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance
