Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and supporting transfer and event services, as well as preparing schedules and managing daily incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and procedure monitoring #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring of passenger arrival and departure transfers and sightseeing services, taking appropriate actions in case of contingencies (vehicle issues, flight delays, etc.) * Monitoring and supervision of event-related services (vehicles, drivers, etc.) * Supporting and overseeing the preparation of work schedules * Submitting daily incident reports * Other duties relevant to the position #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of operational and logistics routines. * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures. * Availability to work rotating shifts, if required. #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantageous):** * Prior experience in operations or logistics. * Knowledge of inventory management systems. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. #### **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental plan; * Health and wellness programs; * Educational partnerships; * Life insurance; * Complimentary services from Grupo Luck. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * 44 hours per week
