Lead operational teams during shifts, ensuring the execution of material handling, storage, bagging, and dispatch activities in accordance with customer standards and regulations, while guaranteeing safety, quality, and adherence to scheduling. Supervise operations by monitoring vehicle loading (bulk and bagged products), ensuring compliance with pickup orders; inspect conveyor belts, silos, bagging machines, and equipment prior to commencing operations. Ensure quality and safety by applying checklists for vehicles and equipment, monitoring proper use of PPE, and enforcing SMS (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards. Guide and train staff on operational procedures and customer service. Resolve conflicts and maintain discipline during the shift. Manage documentation and reports, recording relevant incidents in the RDO (Daily Operations Report) and submitting them to supervision. Issue non-conformance reports when necessary. Attend to customers and drivers, providing guidance regarding loading areas, parking, and invoice issuance. Ensure politeness and courtesy in all interactions. Arrange necessary resources, ensuring availability and appropriate conditions of equipment and supplies for operational execution. Anticipate potential issues and propose continuous operational improvements.
