Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for planning and controlling preventive and corrective fleet maintenance, monitoring vehicle availability, and managing suppliers.

**Responsibilities:**
\- Plan and control preventive and corrective fleet maintenance;
\- Monitor vehicle availability and reduce unplanned downtime;
\- Analyze recurring failures and address root causes;
\- Control component service life (tires, brakes, suspension, clutch, engine);
\- Review and approve maintenance budgets;
\- Manage suppliers (workshops, parts, and services);
\- Control service orders (SO) and maintenance history;
\- Track KPIs (expenses and budget);
\- Support operational cost reduction;
\- Collaborate with drivers to prevent operational failures.
**Requirements:**
\- Technical or higher education degree (Mechanics, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields);
\- Experience in heavy vehicle maintenance (trucks/trailers);
\- Knowledge of diesel mechanics;
\- Experience in maintenance control and KPIs;
\- Familiarity with systems (fleet management system);
\- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
