




Verification and updating of the Tracking Spreadsheet; As soon as the schedule is released, send the driver the itinerary (BV), as well as toll information (if applicable); Schedule unloading operations at bases requiring such services; After issuance of the CTe, MDFe, and taxes (if applicable), forward them to the driver to proceed with the trip; Request proof of unloading; Prepare an Incident Report for tracking and historical record of events and pending issues related to CTs; Monitor vehicle status to identify CT arrivals on D+1, D+2, and, if applicable, D+3; notify completion of unloading for "Leg 01" of the BV to enable generation of the ORE and subsequent dispatch to the sugar mill; monitor maintenance activities and vehicles out of operation, reporting progress on resolution to supervisors and managers; Perform pre-check monitoring at BASECAN to coordinate with drivers; Monitor equipment coupling and uncoupling via the GPS tracker, and report unauthorized incidents to supervisors and managers. Skills in Excel, databases, and Power BI; Relevant work experience in companies within the same industry segment; Completed high school education – undergraduate studies in logistics preferred; Customer service knowledge; Organization, proactivity, and teamwork; Analytical mindset for detecting fraud and risks.
