This position is for you. As a Logistics Monitoring Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring our trucks complete their routes safely, punctually, and efficiently. You will work in a dynamic environment, using technology and maintaining direct contact with drivers and internal teams. * Monitor fleet and route compliance in real time. * Contact drivers to guide and support them during trips. * Identify anomalies (delays, deviations, unplanned stops) and respond promptly. * Record incidents and update trip control systems. * Assist in optimizing routes and delivery/pickup time windows. * Interact with internal departments to resolve operational issues. * Generate simple performance reports for routes and fleet. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in fleet monitoring, logistics, transportation, or related areas. * Strong communication skills via phone and messaging apps with drivers. * Basic knowledge of tracking/telematics tools or TMS systems. * Organizational skills to record information and follow procedures. * Availability to work on rotating shifts and/or rotating schedules (including weekends, if required). * Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, email, web-based systems). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with real-time monitoring of trucks or cargo. * Familiarity with route planning and route optimization. * Experience in road freight transportation operations. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and focusing on solutions.
