Intermediate English level - direct reporting with China; Experience in corporate training planning and execution. Knowledge of learning methodologies and assessment tools. Availability for on-site work in Camaçari; Office package. 1. Training Planning: * Identify corporate training needs and develop training plans aligned with company strategies. 2. Content Development: * Create or adapt instructional materials for internal training. * Select and negotiate with partner companies for specific training programs. 3. Training Management: * Organize and facilitate training activities, ensuring participant engagement and content absorption. 4. Performance Evaluation: * Monitor and evaluate participants' progress, proposing action plans for areas needing reinforcement. 5. Reports and KPIs: * Prepare reports on training results and effectiveness. * Analyze indicators and suggest continuous improvements to the programs. 6.
