Join our mission! **Responsibilities and duties** * Evaluate personnel requests, verifying required qualifications, identifying recruitment sources and desired profiles; * Confirm with management the key competencies requested, in order to initiate the selection process based on these; * Perform resume screening for selection processes according to job requirements; * Conduct selection process activities: group dynamics, individual competency-based interviews, administration of specific theoretical tests, and other tools used in selection processes; * Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for termination and obtain feedback from former employees about the Institution; * Monitor new employee evaluations (at 40 and 80 days); * Refer candidates for medical evaluation; * Monitor area indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology; * Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection in the healthcare sector; * Proficiency in selection platforms and ATS systems for resume screening, test distribution, and candidate management; * Availability to work 100% onsite (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM); **Additional information** * Copayment-based health and dental plans; * Health club; * Benefits club; Founded on February 21, 1937 by Professor José Silveira, Fundação José Silveira (FJS) has been expanding its work through a process of sustainable growth, grounded in strategic planning and focused on achieving the best results.
