




Performs human resources activities, including training and development, performance evaluation, internal marketing, partnerships and employee benefits, organizational climate, recruitment and selection, job evaluation and compensation, and career management. Oversees the company's internship, trainee, and apprenticeship programs to meet internal demands in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. * Receives and analyzes personnel requisitions submitted by departments, verifying current staffing levels and budgets for each unit/department to provide information supporting approval of recruitment and selection processes. * Implements talent attraction strategies by selecting appropriate communication channels and leveraging professional networks to attract candidates to the selection process. * Supports Management in recruitment and selection processes for managerial and strategic positions by screening resumes, liaising with executive search firms, and applying assessment tools defined in the Recruitment and Selection Policy, tailored to specific roles, to enhance accuracy and quality in talent acquisition. * Conducts internal and external recruitment and selection, including initiatives related to the opening of new units, through resume sourcing and application of assessment tools such as group dynamics, competency-based interviews, and psychological or technical tests aligned with departmental guidelines, to improve accuracy and quality in talent acquisition. * Coordinates the onboarding process for new employees by collecting and verifying required documentation to ensure timely completion of hiring formalities. * Manages the Internship Program by identifying internship needs, overseeing and conducting recruitment and selection of candidates, executing internship agreements, and monitoring interns’ activities within the company to support departments in intern development.
