




**Job Description:** Conduct the recruitment and selection process for new employees, performing interviews, assessments, and completing documents and forms relevant to the processes. Lead onboarding and integration schedules for new employees. Assist managers and employees in developing job profile descriptions, providing the standard form and indicating the methodology to be applied, aiming to maintain consistency across positions. Keep the immediate supervisor informed about the progress of tasks under their responsibility, seeking solutions for any issues encountered, to ensure management oversight. Guide and perform tasks related to all personnel routines, including hiring, termination, document control, payroll, vacations, allowances, dismissals, etc. Manage employee records regarding vacation and leave procedures. Handle employee benefits such as meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, and medical insurance. Process and manage employee timekeeping records. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel skills preferred. Experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, and human resources department routines.
