Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the shopping mall's common areas in perfect condition by performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, following established routes and procedures. Maintains the "mall" (public circulation and common-use area for consumers) and internal shopping mall corridors in perfect condition: collecting floor debris, cleaning spilled liquids, and removing floor marks or stains. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Know and follow your job's service route according to defined steps, frequencies, and schedules, aiming to meet specified deadlines. 2\. Seek guidance from your supervisor when unable to satisfactorily complete a step, and communicate handover to the next shift. 3\. Perform cleaning duties as a professional cleaner with a defined task and scheduled plan to follow. 4\. Correctly apply cleaning products and operate cleaning equipment/utensils per manufacturer specifications and training received. 5\. Respond as quickly as possible to radio-transmitted calls (typically emergency services). 6\. Maintain floors using dry mops or, when required, wet mops, ensuring they remain readily available and properly maintained. 7\. Collect small debris in the "mall" (public circulation and common-use area for consumers), such as food scraps, paper, etc. 8\. Assist in arranging mall furniture (public circulation and common-use area for consumers), repositioning items if displaced. 09\. Ensure proper care and preservation of materials, tools, and equipment provided for your use. 10\. Maintain constant movement; 11\. Comply with work schedules and internal occupational health, safety, and hygiene standards communicated by leadership; 12\.
