The best solutions are always close by, ready to surprise you. **As a Senior Operator Relationship Analyst, your challenges will include:** * ### **Challenges and Responsibilities** + **Strategic Portfolio Management:** Manage the most complex and high-volume operator accounts in the base, serving as the primary escalation point for resolving critical issues and managing crises. + **Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:** Lead complex discussions with operators, including contract terminations, financial disputes, and SLA renegotiations — ensuring protection of company interests and maintenance of service quality. + **Operational and Financial Intelligence:** Analyze operational KPIs (NPS, resolution time, blocked nights) and financial metrics, developing action plans to optimize operational P\&L and reduce extraordinary costs at scale. + **Auditing and Complex Closings:** Execute, review, and approve highly complex monthly closings, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, payments, and disbursements to operators. + **Continuous Process Improvement:** Identify bottlenecks in partner operations and propose systemic improvements or new workflows to increase efficiency for both the team and operators. + **Management of Critical Maintenance:** Validate approvals for high-impact service orders (CAPEX/OPEX), ensuring maintenance decisions represent the optimal long-term financial and technical scenario. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * **Solid Experience:** Proven, robust experience in operations, facilities, hospitality, property management, or supplier/partner management (B2B). * **Advanced Negotiation Skills:** Excellent strategic communication, argumentation, persuasion, and conflict resolution abilities under pressure. * **Deep Financial Acumen:** Proficiency in interpreting income statements (DRE), budget management, cost savings, and advanced financial reconciliations. * **Analytical Profile:** Ability to make data-driven decisions using spreadsheets and performance dashboards. **Benefits for You:** Porto Seguro health plan with co-payment for you and your dependents — caring for what truly matters. * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) or Total Pass: Access to partner gyms and studios, ensuring quality of life and well-being for you and your family.
