We suggest regularly checking your inbox as well as your spam folder to ensure no important communication is missed. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor Personnel Department activities and routines (hiring, termination, vacations, hour bank, overtime). * Prepare and verify information for submission to third-party accounting. * Provide support to the Personnel Department assistant. * Execute tasks across HR subsystems: performance evaluation, climate survey, positions and salaries, training and development. * Assist the department manager with administrative and people management requests. * Support Recruitment and Selection processes for operational-level positions. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Organization. * Communication. * Empathy. * Dynamism. * Teamwork. **HIRING COMPANY INFORMATION:** * **Company:** Confidential. * **Work Location:** Salvador / BA. * **Employment Type:** CLT. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields). * Experience in the Personnel Department. * Experience handling generalist HR routines. * Postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology, HR Systems, or related fields is desirable. * Prior experience in climate surveys, performance evaluations, and positions & salaries is desirable.
