Coordinate linen supply and team management * Manage hospital hygiene processes, environmental disinfection, and waste handling * Coordinate linen supply and control, including interface with third-party laundries * Administer third-party contracts and services, ensuring quality, costs, deadlines, and safety * Develop and monitor operational plans, performance indicators, and process improvements * Ensure compliance with legislation, health regulations, NR-32, and accreditation requirements * Participate in supplier qualification, product standardization, and negotiation * Promote initiatives focused on quality, patient safety, and customer satisfaction * Supervise operations and manage the team (recruitment & selection, performance, and training) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
