Vini Figueira Gastronomia is a company specialized in catering and gastronomic event services. We offer a unique experience with elaborately prepared dishes and personalized service. **Responsibilities:** Produce cakes, pies, cold and hot desserts, sweets, doughs, and fillings. Follow technical sheets and company-established quality standards. Perform product assembly, decoration, and finishing. Control confectionery ingredient inventory and report restocking needs. Maintain sector organization, cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with food safety standards (GMP and SOPs). Carry out pre-preparation, preparation, and proper food storage. Ensure adherence to production deadlines and meet daily restaurant/hotel demands. Test new recipes and collaborate on new product development. Ensure proper use of equipment and utensils. Collaborate with the hot kitchen, bakery, and other departments.
