Leadership and team development **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; availability for weekends **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ * Manage and coordinate the operational activities of the hygiene team, ensuring efficient service execution in accordance with established standards. * Plan and organize the allocation of human and material resources, ensuring all serviced areas comply with hygiene and safety regulations. * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for the team, promoting continuous process improvement and updates on best hygiene practices. * Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing consistent feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Prepare performance reports and present results to management, proposing improvements and solutions to optimize service delivery. * Serve as the liaison between the hygiene team and other company departments, facilitating communication and interdepartmental integration. * Ensure compliance with applicable hygiene-related regulations and legislation, staying updated on industry best practices. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Service Management, or related fields. * Experience coordinating hygiene and cleaning teams. * Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene standards. * Proficiency in process management and performance indicators. * Leadership and team motivation skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in quality management and/or occupational safety. * Prior experience with Temporary Labor companies. * Familiarity with team management and control software. * Fluency in a foreign language. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
