Large industrial company seeking a Quality Coordinator. Responsible for leading the quality management system, ensuring compliance of production processes, raw materials, and finished products. Coordinates internal and external audits, indicator monitoring, non-conformity resolution, and implementation of continuous improvements. Solid knowledge in quality tools, ISO standards, root cause analysis methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC) is required. Behavioral profile should be analytical, organized, communicative, with collaborative leadership, sharp critical thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to act strategically and practically in highly complex industrial environments. Must be available to reside in Salvador/BA and advanced or fluent English is required.
