




Main responsibilities * **Processing and preservation:** Carries out and supervises the processing and preservation of raw materials, by-products, and products in the food and beverage industry. * **Analyses:** Performs physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses of products and raw materials. * **Quality control:** Implements and manages quality and food safety programs, monitoring sanitation procedures. * **Equipment:** Monitors the acquisition and maintenance of equipment and machinery, as well as guides the correct use of good manufacturing practices. * **Development:** Assists in the development of new products and processes, applying technological solutions to increase productivity. * **Supervision:** Coordinates and directs work teams, supervising production and marketing activities. * **Compliance:** Ensures compliance with sanitary legislation, technical and regulatory standards, including occupational health and safety and environmental regulations.
