You will be responsible for managing a 24/7 quality team that reports results by interval. Additionally, you will provide rapid diagnostics and strategic decisions directly to the Kaizen client. We look forward to welcoming you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and lead operational teams, ensuring all members fulfill their responsibilities and achieve defined goals and objectives; * Recruit, train, guide, and develop the team to ensure high performance and operational excellence; * Report analysis; * Actively participate daily with the client; * Ensure timely delivery of interval-based results, especially on weekends; * Create and guarantee execution of action plans based on root causes identified in operational opportunities; * Ensure analyses conducted by the team are flawless, as we undergo daily audits; * Demonstrate self-management skills and confidence in decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be an Atento employee currently holding the position of Team Leader or Quality Analyst / Monitoring Assistant (Quality); * Tenure in current position: per NI-002 “Waiting Period Table”; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree (must be updated in your Pessoas Online profile); * Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, capable of identifying improvement opportunities and implementing initiatives to drive operational success. * Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, or holidays, as required. * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. * Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions to resolve complex operational issues. * Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide teams toward achieving operational goals and objectives. * Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships across all organizational levels. **Additional Information** **Application Deadline: May 20, 2026** **Salary** R$ 3\.500,00 **Work Schedule** 3:20 PM / 11:40 PM 10:00 PM / 6:20 AM **Working Hours** 220 hours/month | 6x1 shift schedule | Variable weekly day off. **Work Location:** Atento Cabula Unit — R.
