**Systems Analyst** ------------------------ **OVERVIEW** In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability of internal systems. Additionally, it will be crucial to identify and resolve root causes—especially those related to the main questions and issues reported by users. You will also have the opportunity to propose solutions and continuous improvements, optimizing users’ daily processes and system usage, while efficiently managing the ticket queue, developing reports, and monitoring area projects. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** SQL language Ticket handling Providing technical support to users regarding the ERP and portals used by the company Understanding, analyzing, and mapping business requirements Preparing and maintaining documentation (test plan, requirements, instructions, and manuals) Executing test plans and validation; monitoring and tracking tickets Project monitoring Ability to maintain good relationships with internal and external customers Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and applications, ensuring their proper operation and updates Participating in solution implementation processes, providing support and collaborating with the technical support and infrastructure teams Monthly closing System updates Stock recalculation **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Completed undergraduate degree in related fields Minimum 2 years of experience **KNOWLEDGE** SQL (database) Knowledge of business processes Excel Problem solving B.I System integration Office Retail sector processes ITIL/Service management Agile methodologies CRM Human resource management system (RM) Project management ERP knowledge (e.g., TOTVS) E-commerce (VTEX) Operating systems Requirements gathering Logical reasoning Point-of-sale systems Programming language Warehouse management system **COMPETENCIES** Strategic vision Problem solving Planning Negotiation Emotional intelligence Flexibility Active listening Adaptability Systemic analysis Customer focus Technological updating Communication Creativity Effectiveness **BENEFITS** Health insurance Dental insurance Meal voucher Education allowance Group life insurance
